Stirling 10k. Not bad all things considered! Plan was 171 on the way out and up to 175 on the way back, enjoyed 171 too much ;-) And didn't want to chance it after the cold as I have to do it all again next week :-) Was temped when my pace maker was there, but sensible road back first ;-)
