Greenman Ideal conditions but a bit cold. Struggled with my breathing all the way-couldn't get it into a settled rhythm and so had problems with nausea. Other than that i enjoyed it and was pleased with the goody bag & shirt. Last 3 halfs have now all been 1:25.

hammerite went off quite well at 7.5 min miles. Was at 10 miles in 76 mins. Then my legs gave up and that was that!! Struggled home.

Quite disappointed. decent race though and decent course, although icy in places.

Ronnie Wibbley Not quite the personal worst I was aiming for (by 15 seconds) but got carried away at 11 miles and ran the last 2 at decent-ish pace, which means that my race next week is probably well and truly up the cream bun with jam now.

KatieB This was a lovely course. The weather was spot on, cold and bright. The hills were not too long and didn't affect my pace, kept within 8.5 all the way round. Ran with MRF for the second half which really helped. Nice downhill for the last mile and manged to increase the speed for the end. Couldn't be happier. (Much nicer cheering from No8...hope I didn't hurt his soft hands too much with my high 5)
