mikasa First half. Didn't train consistently enough and didn't do enough long runs. Started off too fast carried by the crowd and the easy,long, straight section of Portway. Started slowing down by mile 7/8 and the last 3 miles were hard. Run every step of the way though so pleased in the end.

Whoever It was a lovely cool calmish morning, perfect conditions. Bristol turned out in force for this excellent event. Started well and ran comfortably for 10 miles - a tidy 1 hr 05 to that point.... then felt pretty weary and really just jogged to the end, with occasional bursts of enthusiasm ! Need to do longer training runs....
