TZ Entered early (Aug-2008) and got race number 2 :-) Just a training run, with 1km @ 3:20 every 15min, and steady running the rest of the way. Finished within 2 seconds of target - nice! This is one of my favourite races all year - flawless organisation.

ThorntonRunner Five minutes slower than last year. But realistically I knew I wasn't back to last year's race fitness. On plus side - no discomfort from foot or calf. Overall satisfied, but may need to moderate expectations for London and Windermere.

Naomi P Hmm, not sure how I got this PB, was tired to start, and it was undulating all the way round. Great race though - well organised and marshalled, good to see water in bottles and gels being handed out, great goody bag with loads of grub and the famous Aldi-branded hoody, and excellent atmosphere. It being lovely and sunny with the odd bit of cooling breeze helped of course!
