i am 43 and have been running for 5 years,my p.b for a half marathon is 1:30.25 i am member of the sphinx running club and we try to enter as many races during the year as we can.we also go on alot of races for weekend and holiday which include race the train in towyn,snowdonia marathon,man v horse and a weeks running chalange in lanzarote.
