phal corking race - well organised and nicely challenging with plenty of hills and an uphill finish! VERY glad I opted for the trail shoes! Lovely run though the forest.... much enjoyed and a good crowd running too, nice atmosphere :o) 4th lady too, so not bad :o) much enjoyed :o)

Running Caz Official time about 2:15 but I ran with me mate and enjoyed a comfortable run. Broke away a few times and stopped and waited hence the time discrepancy. Glad to be out running something more than 5M at last. Actually enjoyed the event this year instead of it half killing me :-)

Snellers Get round in 2 hrs! Hot and hard. Had to hold on to the lady who gave me the finishing medal in order to stay upright. See you next year!
