Andy 1 shoe Money tough course with a hill around 5 miles which seemed to go on forever!!! pleased to break 40 mins though and i beat 2 team mates who kicked my backside all year long!! mr Ian Gower almost beat me,he had a much better paced run then me, i went through 3 miles in 18.22 then just got slower!!! over the last 200 meters or so,i could hear people shouting Ians name, thankfully i just about held him off!!!

clare1976 Should be able to dent the old PB by some margin! And I did :-) Great race, fab to see so many Fetchies as well as good club turnout. Hot running (again!) and knew the 44 mins wasn't on the cards after mile 2, but hung in there for sub-45 and even did 7:35 on the final mile with THAT hill!
