Andy 1 shoe Money wow i must be dreaming! massive course PB by over 3 minutes. 57.10. my plan today was to go out hard,and to go through 5 miles in around 31 minutes. .mile 1. 5.55. 3 miles. 18.07. 5 miles. 31.20. today was very warm and sunny and with a few hill climbs to test me. really happy with the result. next year i will run sub 55 minutes. also i was 3 rd Centurion man. happy days.......

clare1976 First time at the distance so anything will be a PB, but this will definitely not be a fast one - racing a hilly half the evening before :-o and then jogging this with my buggy!!! Aim for 9mm pace ish. Official time from website - hard work after last night's half and piushing buggy but a lovely race, beautiful course and extremely well organised.

RBanksy Warm, sun out but just about Ok for running a good race. Last 2 miles hard work, off road round the lake & the hill back into Hampton cost a few seconds. Chuffed with time.
