Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

SteveV Not sure what to expect so will see what happens *UPDATE* Maybe left myself a bit to much to do in the 2nd half. Strong last 10k but not quite enough to nail that sub 3

TrailsurferUK Felt really strong. Hills slowed me down near the end. Didn't clock my pace throughout race. Not a bad time though can do a lot better.

RunnyRunRun 1st marathon. HM was 1:39 so would like sub-4 but don't want to go mad and crash and burn!

Awesome but with crazy big hills in Mersey Tunnel and Parliament Street

benj81 The optimistic part of me thought a 4:15 was possible, and it probably is at some point in the future, but after going through halfway in 2:07, I struggled after about mile 15, only really getting a second wind for a strong last 2 miles.

Still, hugely pleased to have nailed a second PB in 2 weeks, and by nearly 15 mins this time.
