I started running in 2008; i run a range of distances and races which include 5k, 10k, half marathon and marathon with my first marathon being the London Marathon 2011. My training involves regular 6 mile run, 5 mile hill session, speed interval session and a long run. I am a member of Liverpool running club. My future goals include a range of marathons, the wall ultramarathon and commrades. I live barefoot at home and practise bare foot running in my vibram five fingers. I also study chi running and Tai Chi and have studied Ju Jit Su in the past.
I am also known as Barefoot Pridge the Early Morning Runner
