Nephi No 1488 A real confidence booster as I smashed through the 90 minute barrier with a 5 minute PB :) 30th Anniversary Four Villages Half Chip Time 1:27:09 - Chip Position: 153/1625 Gun Time 1:27:36 - Gun Position: 162/1625 Cat Position M40: 39/257 Suspect that I will suffer with DOMS for the 6 mm downhill for mile 12. The start was a bit congested but the way quickly opened up once onto the road. A good circuit round quite country lanes with virtually no traffic. Marathon bits tested out successfully: Porridge for breakfast Running belt for the number Walked the drinks stations (cups)
