Run walk to chemist and back
Injury was feeling best it has done for a while so wanted to see how it reacted After a dynamic warmup i walked down to main road then did a couple of sections of running with a walk between. Stopped at chemist then walked a little when sI started again. More run walks home but made sure i walked up the hill towards home. More dynamic stretching after and some double legged calf raises with heels lowering to below step after. Felt good Achilles pain 2/10 when running but still a lack of power.
