Run back home from father in law’s taking in lower part of old school pit
Not great under foot on pit especially in dark with headtorch

Some very icy paths meaning I had to run on grass at side that was quite rutted in places

The karrimor sabre v4 seemed to cope well.

Achilles coped well with the conditions and no problems later in evening still able to do calf raises
