I'm now an ultra runner! The Hardwolds 40 (47.5 miles!) in June 2022 was a great day out.
First running streak lasted 621 days averaging 11.3km per day - current run streak is 442 days with a 3.3 mile average per day. Training has begun for the Norfolk HM - will be switching up the steady plod with longer steadier plods, shorter pacier sessions and just perhaps a bit of cross training, we'll see. Show More...
