Have been running now for just under a year. Started after i couldn\\\'t play football with my three year old son because of smoking and drinking, and being overweight.
Have now done the following races,

keevil 10k: 1:29
London 10k: 1:13:16
Bristol Half: 2:50:16
Castle combe 10k: DNF(injury)
