Hampton Very pleased with this! First 10k race in nearly three years. Huge PB as expected - ran a controlled race with a strong finish.

Maximum Hobgoblin Well run race. Cool, a little damp and not windy this year, so good for a good time.

Purple Green Imp Faster run than my last 6 10k attempts so happy with that and a step in the right direction of getting back to sub 60 again.

Richey Initially a big target race but then no running and lots of eating and drinking for 10 days prior to this due to last minute holiday. Knew I would lack stamina for a PB but gave it the kitchen sink anyway and improved last year's debut time by 34 seconds. Too fast over the first half (20.45) so a disappointing (and nauseating) 21.47 for the second 5k which was definitely just gritting teeth, trying to hang on and not particularly enjoyable. Plan for the next one - lose half a stone holiday weight, sensible target time at 5k.
