Applecross Ummm, probably the second hottest day of the year, after the Britannic Asset 10 k... And the end was awful - a lap around Glasgow green when you know the end is only about 100 yards away as the crow flies - aaagh! Still, dead chuffed I did it though :-)

Doonhamer Warm up effort for cardiff marathon. Ran 1st 2 miles very easy then next 11 at Marathon pace ( 6'20''). Quite pleased with effort given it was such a warm day
