Been running since I was 8 and can't seem to stop....damn you, legs!

Aiming for a return to form after a few years of injuries.

Key goal for 2013 - stretch before and after everything!
Key goal for 2014 - keep the stretching, more strength work, more races and hopefully fix the dodgy back with yoga.
