Insomniac I'm trying out a new unconventional marathon training and see how my time compares to last years by the book training (3:15:40) It worked! And I have to say Dublin is not the slightest bit flat

JamieKai *chameleon* Great race. Loved it. Until my knee went ping 3/4 way round and I had to walk/jog the rest - gutted. Have to say though, the support of the Dubliners was awesome, all round the course, and all round the bars later!

mr guinness i was running this marathon dressed as a leprechaun and i did have alot of fun going around the route.. and i am now in the guinness book of records as the fastest runner dressed as a leprechaun to every run a marathhon with my time of 3 hours 9 minutes and 7 seconds..

Ogden Runner First ever marathon - so a guaranteed pb !Was on for a sub 4 but lost it betwwen 19 & 20 and again dropped the pace between 23 & 25. Enjoyed the race and cracking atmosphere - now just need to shave 4 minutes off my next marathon time!

viv_d Was trying to stay with the 4:30 pink balloons but after 19/20 they were gaining pace and I was losing it so had to let them go.........still a PB so pleased with that and really enjoyed the run - Dublin and its people were great!
