Like a lot of people, realised I was getting over weight 90Kg for 1.7m is overweight. So sept 2003 started to jog, could do 200 meters to end of the road.........kept building up slowly, joined Long Eaton Running Club dec 05. At present trying to get below 82Kg but enjoying the challange of running, including the fell races.
