Lincsfella What a neat race, , got to the turn and then the wind hit us on the return leg which hurt. Cold too which didnt help but thoroughly enjoyed. You need a good blast out every now and then. But have to calm down at the start and watch the pace.

Pricey didn't knock as much off my PB as I'd have liked but the mile took more out of me than I expected. Still, can't complain with a PB

rollerman Another one done, did the 1 mile race 20 mins before this one. Not my best time, again, but good run on target for some 7m30s in the summer season.

sLickster Reasonably pleased. 9.47 out to half way 9.36 back, which was good because there was a fair headwind all the way back. Guess I should have gone out harder...(splits 3.56, 3.57, 3.56, 3.58, 3.36). Ran first 3k or so with Spaceman. I went past someone in a fetch top at about 4k and then I think I took Lincsfella in the last 200m! Nice PB Lincsfella.

Super Norts Quite windy in the second half. Thought i was running quicker throughout than my time suggested so a tad dissapointed.
