rollerman Current 5k is on flat out and back course, this is on a park with a hill or two. So not much chance of a pb here.Well what a lovely day, that was till 7pm anyway then it rained??? just what we need when raceing? Difficult run with it being short and some hill work, the first 500m on wet long pothole grass was a bit strength sapping, but came in just under 24 minutes, so plessed with that.

SPKoF :( I'm not used to not getting PB's. Still it was my 3rd race in 3 days and the my current 5km pb was set on a pan flat course and this course isn't flat. In fact it's as part on uneven grassy field as well so being only 100 off my pb and only my 2nd time under 20 mins means it feels like one. Sorry I couldnt grab 10 more seconds for those people that betted.
