Ally2 missed October race due to reasons beyond my control so another attempt at sub 16- need weather to be kind and good field out. xc relays showed I was in amongst sub 16/15 runners. In front from about 100m and led to the tape in a new sub 16 PB . splits 3:06 at start and 3:10 for final k so good pace. More in the tank considering lonely run..
