rollerman Got to be my worst time ever...Ruining with PF is not good for you. Still I was not planning on breaking any records today, just a leisurely run through the woods....

SPKoF slow time - no one in my speed range to race against from the club meant I was lazy. My son did the half distance but got with a group that got lost and ended up doing the full mileage anyway!
