fetcheveryone I'm hoping that, with a slightly more level-headed race strategy, and a knowledge of the course, that I can eek out a tiny PB. There's not been much if any speedwork in the last month, but some good tempo runs and distance runs, so I figure I can just unplug my brain for 20 minutes, and see what happens. UPDATE: Perfect splits: 6:54, 6:54, 6:55, and 6:50 for the last bit. First half of the race felt pretty comfortable, second half difficult, last km was bollock-twistingly hard.

rollerman Not the best race! Did the 1 mile race first, then I was really coughing and spluttering all over the place.
Still good 7m30s pace.

Salty Dog Deeeeelighted to have clocked it at 19:54 so hopefully David's watch says something similar and I can officially get in the sub-20 club!

Trehis Colder night than last month but not enough of an excuse for running more than half a minute slower than last month but I was pleased with the race and my pacing.
