McCargathon A bit warmer than I was expecting and more undulating than Bath but managed to trim another 20 seconds off the PB. Good support around the course and an enjoyable day out.

Simon L Did the race last year for the first time. Best run so far. Ran a consistent pacing around 7 mins 45 per mile. overtaking all way round. Completed in 1 hour 38 mins 40 secs. Hope to run as well next year!! 2010 - Ran PB 1 hour 37 42. Quick first 5 miles. Struggled a bit 7-10 miles. However, overall can't complain with time.

stevep1000uk A small PB but struggled a bit. Not as fit as I thought and maybe need to reset targets for VLM. Think the Polar may be out as made it 13.8 miles so my training runs probably not as far or quick as I thought.

SuzyWoo Shiny new PB!! Pleased with my time, although was hoping for quicker at the pace i was maintaining. Found the course to be slightly long?? Some inclines throughout which made it more interesting. A nice course.
