Getting older, slowing down, and now cycling more than running. Still want to get back out running longer distances but need to readjust expectations. Stop press - started restricting eating to an 8 hour window and cut out alcohol. Persistent Achilles tendonitis disappeared after three weeks and lost a stone over next three months. Now back running pain free and getting faster and stronger. Maybe there's another half in me...
