Athletics and triathlon club based in Newbury/Thatcham, Berkshire. We do hills/speedwork on Tuesdays, speedwork on Thursdays, swimming on Thursday nights and a long cycle every other weekend. Compete in Southern Womens/Mens leagues and the vets league (for track) in the summer and the Oxford Mail XC league in the winter.
