Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

oprah Great weather for racing, and a nice, flat course, with very few bottlenecks at my pace despite what I would have predicted. My only complaint: far too few toilets! 10? You can't be serious!

RichHL Not bad for a man who wasn't sure he'd be able to get under 1:50:00 two weeks ago. I ran well within myself most of the way. Very pleased with that result.

ndellar Great race. Found the start crowded, soon eased a bit, but there were bottleneck sections all the way (nothing major). Course quite twisty turny but fun, and all the bits of Cambridge I know well. Riverside to Stourbridge Common bit very crowded, was held back a lot, but managed to give it a bit of welly after about 12 miles

Badger Narrow margins. 16 seconds faster than the Royal Parks last year, though run a bit easier than that.
Makes it my fastest half since 2007. Though that was more than 5 minutes faster of course!

grumpybadger It all went well until about mile 10 when my quad injury I had hoping I was over came back to annoy me. Last 3 miles were very tough and I limped over the line. Still, finished my first half marathon...

Glen Bulb Studidly ran despite going down with a stomach bug in the early hours of Sunday morning. Stomach ache all the way round, had to walk the last two miles and ended up spending an hour in the first aid tent afterwards. Not a pleasant run.
