redeaston Found the last two miles hard. Not sure if it was the heat, the wind or just being knackered. It was hard to get a proper rhythm going with all the ups and downs. Still can’t complain about a new PB by a few mins. My previous was the brass monkey and this was a much tougher course so I am getting fitter.

Lapsed Athlete Hard going up the inclines and into the head wind on the way back but my legs held up well after last week's effort at the fling and I'm now looking forward to Windermere in two weeks.
