redeaston Found the last two miles hard. Not sure if it was the heat, the wind or just being knackered. It was hard to get a proper rhythm going with all the ups and downs. Still can’t complain about a new PB by a few mins. My previous was the brass monkey and this was a much tougher course so I am getting fitter.
