I have a 745 and I can't add an event widget - maybe that's a new feature of the X55 series.

Yeah it's new to 55s. Daily suggestions reacting to races is supposed to be new as well.

My Garmin has been giving "rest" as the train suggestion for the last three days. Same again today and I am actually going to rest today! 😂

Body battery was at 87 when I woke up. Now on 84 and I've only showered and dressed!

HRV stayed the same (balanced)
Training maintaining

RHR down another 1 but not quite where it should be.

BB 79
SS 84 even though it felt like I’d tossed and turned for most of it.

I'm in adequate fettle but only just, and should do 8 x 1 minute at 6.55mm pace. I might give it a whirl.

Baring in mind mine is only a 245 so doesn't do all the fancy modern stuff and despite 3.5 days recovery to go affected by poor sleep it wants a 35 min or so base run today.

That means do another marathon right?

RHR as per yesterday
BB up to 80
SS 61 not enough Deep sleep or err light sleep or err REM!
HRV good

last nights stats are actually good for the night after a run commute

34 mins base suggested - given I didn't get up this won't happen! I shall have a walk but hey I am "racing" this weekend!

I did 10 x 15 sec hill sprints today and the load was only 54. 500 would have me at the lower end of the optimal box so it needs more than a weekly sprint session (at least for me).

Not sure who it was but we chatted about pace prediction and i said it never gets it right with me due to my training habits.

Currently my watch says I can run 19.30 for 5k but I ran 18.10 and won a trail parkrun this morning.

hahahaha

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
