SS 79 for 7 hours of sleep, was good to recharge BB to 99 to Garmin agreed that I had good sleep despite the late bedtime.

Recovery time is 12 hours which means I'll almost fully recovered. I think yesterday at this time, I had 39 hours.

Garmin wants me to do sprints again at a pace I can't physically run. (Fastest 100m sprint on record with Garmin is 5:11 m/m pace, yet it wants me to do 4:45). I'm going to ignore that, do my MLR with a couple of strides if I feel like it.

SS 71 , seems fair off my limited sleep
BB 57, High volume days drain what I recover

(This week - +62 -63, +64 -77, +70 -68
Today's +57 already has -30)
Recovery needed 15hrs

I have a double race weekend so nothing hard planned between now and Saturday morning.

BB 99 !!!
SS 84
suggested plan up to 67 mins base - I ran to work so that's almost it
RHR lower than yesterday but not normal low but only 3 out
HRV much better and within range so happy days
SO far Garmin seems to think I am staying clear of the CV19 bullet

"Over reaching" from a 5.6 mile run at an easy pace😕

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
