Garmin is displeased with me and has advised I am on the verge of detraining but my HRV is low so I may need more recovery!
My rhr was typically 48-49 today it's 59 😞
I guess I will be pretty much back to square one once I get home

This morning on day 3 or 4 of Covid my Garmin tells me to do sprints at 4.40/mile 😤😤😤. I haven’t run for 3 days due to Covid so I’m detraining. HRV all good, training readiness through the roof
