Garmin is displeased with me and has advised I am on the verge of detraining but my HRV is low so I may need more recovery!

My rhr was typically 48-49 today it's 59 😞

I guess I will be pretty much back to square one once I get home

Pretty much, if you don't do any training all the time you're away, Pix. But the gains when you do start back will be quite fun.

This morning on day 3 or 4 of Covid my Garmin tells me to do sprints at 4.40/mile 😤😤😤. I haven’t run for 3 days due to Covid so I’m detraining.
HRV all good, training readiness through the roof

Finally I’m back up maintaining!
Been strained or recovery for most of the past 3.5 weeks so this is very exciting!

According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
