Rosehip
that is most odd, Ness

mine is the opposite in that it's given me productive since 28th October - my training load did increase slightly for a couple of days but otherwise has been muddling along at about half of what it should be, today it says low - but still productive.

along with the date/calendar issue, and similar sleep detection issues to V'rap - I think their AI has a hangover.

That’s very odd Ness. You could get in touch with Garmin to see if they can help maybe 🤔.

Gooner
Before parkrun this morning my suggested workout was rest and apparently I'm overreaching despite having only trained twice this week.

Helpful...

Suggestion was 18 mins at 16:50 pace (even I’m not that slow)
I did a longer and quicker jog and I’m now productive

Unsafe Breadbin
Strained.

Although the Fenix has not been tracking accurate HR or sleep data lately, which is probably why. I certainly don't feel strained in any way.

Velociraptor
It wasn't impressed with my sleep last night despite recognising that I slept like an extinct thing for a full 6 hours and then had another sleep cycle.

As usual, low BB, low HRV, slightly raised RHR, raised stress, training status "strained"... etc.

I also have a mouth ulcer to go with it.

Nice.

BB only got to 59
HRV lower last night
RHR a bit up

And for the 3rd day Garmin says rest.

I might do that

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
