I think I may know why my Garmin keeps telling me off...

I don't know how you manage Gooner. I have to have my 7 or 8 hours sleep!

My Garmin is being odd at the moment. It says I'm switching between recovery and maintaining. I get that so that's ok....
But the training load graph is just a flat line. Almost like the Garmin isn't taking account of the training I'm doing.
Do I need to do some kind of a reset to get it working again?

Lack of choice? I can assure you that I would like more sleep, it just rarely happens.
Which leads to an angry Garmin, telling me I need to rest and it's been a stressful day etc.
I'm never aware until it pops up and mentions it... 🙄

not sure, Ness looks odd.
mine has switched from a week of 'productive' to peaking - I'm not sure for or from what it thinks that though.
today it wants me to do 3 x7 minutes threshold - but at a pace about a minute a mile less slow than it thinks my threshold pace is - and significantly less slow than any attempt will be. But I might just go and see how I get on...

That's definitely not recording a chronic load for you, has it ever shown up? What watch do you have?

It has in the past, Gooner. I don't check it very often but here's a screenshot from September....
Don't know what has happened to it at the moment. 🤷♀️
