Good morning all! (At least it is for me over in the States) I just found FE yesterday, so this is my first post. I've been a Garmin user for a few years and I'm thrilled to find this thread. I often send messages to friends asking about their BB, HRV, and RHR, but they are not interested.

BB got up to 50, but it's alreay down to 41
HRV was lower than normal at 38
RHR was 60

Welcome @VernL4 :)

I've had three days off following longish hike on Sunday and this morning I was peaking 🤣

BB got up to 100, which is almost unheard of for me, now down to 58.
hrv slowly climbing to middle of normal range after an unexplained week of being v low.

@Rosehip Rosehip

Thank you for the response. My BB was last at 100 on October 15th. I rarely get up there! I'm going to poke around and find the RHR thread. ;)

Welcome to Fetch, @VernL4 :) You'll find plenty of people here who are happy to exchange trivia about Garmin metrics.

Garmin Connect is quite pleased with me just now and my BB was 100 this morning. It had me asleep for an hour before I went to bed and failed to spot that I was awake for over an hour from 2.30am. It "knows" that I have a marathon on 1st December but the watch face is displaying a target of 50 miles for this week.

I looked back at my blog entries from just before I got the 255 two years ago and have to laugh at how threatened my coach felt at the prospect of being replaced by a gadget.

Welcome to Fetch, @VernL4 👋

My current Garmin status....

Body Battery - 48 now and was 75 when I first got up.
VO2 max - superior 47
Training status - "maintaining" - High Aerobic Shortage
Load - optimal 812
Sleep Score - good 83 for 7h 33m "plenty of deep" sleep
HR - resting - 45
Today's training suggestion - "base 49:00 10:25/mi" It was too icy cold for that!

My fenix doesn't do the race thing which given the price is annoying

When I replace it I will go for a running one rather than triathlon one I expect

But that will hopefully be years away

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
