Don't think I should look at mine! I think my holiday food consumption will have far outweighed the exercising I've done! :-o

I don't tell my Garmin what I eat. It tells me how many calories it thinks I've expended. It's consistently a bit on the stingy side.

mine is right on the garmin, it's just the transfer to mfp that was out.

I’m getting all sorts of odd data from my Garmin, I’m not sure I really understand it all.

For example.
Race predictions the week after I raced a half

Half prediction was a bit faster than I achieved - understandable if the course measured a bit long BUT full marathon prediction was 5 minutes slower than I did a couple of weeks ago 😩😩😩

My Garmin appears to want me to try to pull my Training Status out of the pit by doing 4 efforts of around 0.96 of a mile each at slightly faster than my best recent 5k pace with short recoveries between efforts. Twazzock.

My Garmin suggestion for today is a threshold session with four lots of 7 minutes at 8:25/mi. I'd keel over and die trying to do that so I'm glad I've stopped checking it before I go out for a run! :-p

mine tells me I'm in recovery with low training load, that I am fit and raring to go - and do a 23 minute recovery run 🤷‍♀️

Tempo run with 2m at 11:40 pace

Strained still

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
