My garmin has told me for 2 weeks now that I'm "maintaining" while steadily dropping my predicted times. Marathon prediction dropped nearly 5 minutes, which is nice but now in the totally unachievable range.

Previously had felt pretty accurate but gone a bit wappy since last software update.

My Garmin reckons I had a 41 minute nap while I was watching the Copenhagen Half coverage on a screen. This includes getting up and making coffee, and eating my breakfast.

For the first time in ages my training load was optimal rather than low this morning. My watch clearly wants this dealt with and has decreed a rest day.

There is an optimal for training load? Think I’ve only ever seen low 😂

my watch has also decreed a rest day - even though my training load is low and it still says recovery.

I hate my Garmin!

I have spent most of the day sanding walls and woodwork, then wiping down and doing the glossing, I've been up and down a step ladder and the stairs, moving furniture etc etc
(and swept and hoovered up the mess, washed the floor and all the usual domestic chores)
I'm knackered

It gave me a whole 67 'active calories' for the day and the evening report has just said "an easy day"

stupid thing.

Stupid thing indeed! It might at least have told you that you were stressed.

Body battery at 11 before I've even been for a run.
Urgh. Feels like it too.

My body battery was at 100 for around 5 hours this morning. Apparently I went to sleep at 21:35 yesterday and slept for 10 hours and thirty-eight minutes. I feel that this is not entirely correct.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
