Velociraptor
It's run off with my race predictions.

(I had to check to make sure my training load hadn't disappeared down a Garmin wormhole too.)

I think I know where your race predictions might be @Velociraptor . They've moved to my Garmin account cos the predictions that are there at the moment are definitely out of my reach! They're definitely closer to that which you could achieve.

Well after last week of doing loads of non running stuff and driving my training load has plummeted and it’s made my age a year higher than a week ago 😮
It’s made my 5k time 30s slower too

There must have been some strange glitch in Garmin Connect for me. At 4pm the graph looked like this....

And 5 minutes ago it had changed to....

Which fits a little better! 😉🤣

Garmin …. Recovery delayed by poor sleep
Also garmin … sleep fair, you slept long enough but not enough rem creativity and problem solving maybe challenging

Also garmin… body battery 90 today is a good day to take part in a project or other activities

Just as well it's not in charge! How do you feel, Pix?

I've got an even lower Low acute training load today, and my watch suggests a 37 minute Recovery run. Even the various Garmin departments aren't communicating with one another.

My HRV has remained low and I've not got the "bounce" I had before last week so I guess there is some fatigue lingering
I was cold last night for a few hours (nearly got a blanket out!)

I'll go for a jog after lunch still 🤣

You'll feel better for having done the jog, but keep it really easy.

The wind won’t let it be more so!

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
