Part of that is probably because the same training is less load for you with all the work you've been doing lately to improve all those other measures. Seen similar myself lately, with the chronic load edging up but the acute load for a given workout being clearly less than it would have in June.

My individual acute loads for runs are still comparable. I'm getting "fitter" according to my recorded heart rate for pace, but that's balanced by my runs at the same pace being longer.
It doesn't really matter, it just means that my next device might be a downgrade because some of the extra data is actively unhelpful.

Well, this is getting tiresome. 54 miles of running and a two hour bike ride last week ... Still Productive. It's also confiscated my Race Predictor for the last few days.
