I'm not sure I got close to replacing 11.475 litres mine thinks I sweated during the 50 maybe 2 litres of water/electrolyte, 1 of tea and another of (hold nose whilst drinking it) cola - at the most. I also didn't feel particularly dehydrated and would have felt quite awful if I'd tried to drink that much.

Mine recons I sweated out 15.462 litres over the 60 miles of the 100 I completed! I did take on a litre at every chekpoint and tea at most of them but definitely wasn't dehydrated and couldn't have taken on much more fluid!!

I got 106 points for a walk today. I'll take it, I reckon it'll have made me stronger.

Something I've noticed about the First Beat stuff on my Edge when riding with HR and power. If I'm feeling tired and my HR refuses to rise, it often suggests my recovery is good as the power is relatively high for the HR. If I'm fresh and my HR will rise easily and quickly it will report poorer recovery, because the efficiency factor (ratio of power to HR) is lower. Has anyone else seen similar?

I decided to program in a few races, to see if it made any difference to the training suggestions.
It did not.
Best of all though, stood on the start line of a 50 mile LDWA event that I had told my Garmin I was doing, the training suggestion for the day was a sprint interval session!!
Stupid thing.
Body battery is telling me to go to bed.

not that far off, but looks like it's still over estimating - also it was warm and humid this morning, would be interesting to repeat the experiment on a cooler run.
(and I just realised I put a comment about 'What Garmin says' on the wrong Garmin thread - so repeating myself
Garmin says I have recovered well. I have no events in the calendar. Not sure why it thought a 50-minute run with 28 minutes, threshold, 10:10 was appropriate on battered legs)
