I've never had a Peaking. At least, not in the Garmin sense.

I managed a couple of days peaking while tapering for an ultra, so that was nice.

Still peaking,

odd one. endurance score is dropping and says trending down - but the words say

"your long distance running ability has improved over the last four weeks and it shows in your increased endurance score, well done"

I guess there are different timescales for the graphics and the words.

straight from peaking into recovery after a rest day yesterday - it'll have me detraining by the end of the week :(

Mine nearly got thrown out of the window this morning

I thought I had a great sleep, almost 7 hours unbroken and woke up feeling a lot better
Garmin said my sleep quality was poor and only ~ 4.5 hours

I've gone from 'peaking' to 'recovery' - if I didn't have an inner sloth and aging joints and tendons that are making themselves known I think I would be trying to do too much to at least get back to maintaining

- today's suggestion is 56 mins with 36 @10:40tempo - that would be a 'raced' parkrun.

I need to be strong and ignore it for the next week.

Stay strong Rosehip and just ignore it.

Mine gave me a SS of 91 and excellent even though I slept on the couch and felt as though I woke up every time I tried to turn over.

I’m still flitting between maintaining and recovery.

Estimated sweat loss from this morning's run 1434ml. I almost believe it today.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
