My Garmin took my race predictor away for a couple of weeks again. It's back today. My other distances haven't changed much but it's quoting me 3:58:44 for marathon distance.
It's also flipped me back to Maintaining today after more than 6 weeks of Productive. And it correctly identified the nap I took this afternoon.

I don't seem to get 'productive' any more! Well haven't recently. The odd bit of 'recovery' but mostly maintaining...

It's on the move! I had Maintaining for a few days, then Recovery yesterday (training load low, HRV unbalanced), then Strained today (training load low, HRV low). This would be understandable if it had responded to my dose of covid by dropping my overnight HRV, but it hasn't, it's been consistently between 67 and 73 for 4 weeks.

Body battery started the day about 28, was at 5 by 6pm. HRV on the floor. Sleep score 44. RHR slightly elevated at 42.
Yay. Got an even more stressful day coming tomorrow...
