Well done Gobi đź‘Źđź‘Ź

I can’t have worked hard at work as my BB is 97/100 I don’t think I’ve ever seen it that high. I’m on my feet for six hours at work serving customers.

I've slept very well for the past few nights with no long periods of being awake, and had a relatively low volume training week last week, but my Garmin hasn't been impressed and I've had some of my lowest HRVs, sleep scores and morning body batteries ever.

HRV status , balanced
Training readiness, moderate
Rhr - maybe a couple of beats up
Body battery charged to 68 after what Garmin thinks was 8 hrs and good

Ive had three decent sleeps in a row, and have had a lazy weekend- thought it would tell me I was raring to go!

I got nearly 8 hours of sleep, scored 89. Body battery went up to 96. RHR 43.

After many days of suggesting base training, Garmin thinks I'm ready for some tempo running. On Saturday, when I did my long run, it wanted me to do 37 minutes at 160 BPM or 7:45 min/mi. That could actually work out for a change. I'm impressed that it guessed my threshold pace quite accurately at threshold HR.

Today, it wants me to do 5x 10 minutes at tempo. I'll probably do that tomorrow when I have 6 miles tempo planned. Broken up like that, I like the session and now I'm trying to tell Garmin that. Give me the same thing tomorrow, please.

It's still not impressed with me and wants me to do 48 minutes at 10:20mm today.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
