BB 100 (already down to 87 mind!)
SS 85
RHR good too
HRV 78 which is the top of my baseline so nicely balanced - I've been balanced (relative term haha) for a month now

Yesterday I was told 34 mins base run but I did weights instead so today despite knowing I have a race on Sunday Garmin thinks I should do 66 mins minimum
So for now statistically I should be in fine fettle for Sunday although I am sure I won't sleep Saturday and then my "stress" will be way up Sunday morning with the drive there haha

Promoted from "strained" to "maintaining". Garmin Connect wants me to do anaerobic work. The watch is still stuck on 48 minutes at 10.20mm.

Ooh. Haven't checked mine yet. Although the training suggestion was 'rest' again! Didn't take much notice of that! 😂

Will check on 'Connect' now.

BB WAS 96 which is one of the best scores I've ever seen
Sleep score 76 off less than 6hrs
RHR - 37
HRV - 69 So balanced

Training is productive

Load optimal

However , I now need 52hrs of recovery with my next race 1430 Saturday having successfully wrecked myself doing 800 work

Body battery up to 92, was at 28
Sleep score 87 for 7 hours of continuous sleep
RHR 45
I'm still in recovery, despite doing a long run yesterday and running 15k on Tuesday
Training recommendation is 44 min base at 9:00. No, today the air quality is better so I'm going to do the tempo run the watch wanted me to do for 3 days 😀

Body battery was on 87 when I got up, now down to 55.

HRV still balanced.

Sleep score 87/100 even with sleeping for nearly 10hrs.

RHR still a little high at 52, normally around 49.

Garmin thought I got up 90 minutes before I actually did.
Stated recovery this morning but back to the usual maintaining after a run.
Still nagging that I need more higher aerobic, but the sessions it has been seuggesting recently are all ‘base’ just different lengths and also not quite slow enough to be properly easy.

My HRV looks like a sin wave with a two week wavelength. Shame it doesn’t let you see more than 4 weeks at a time, would be interesting to see how regular the waves are.

My HRV dropped and I’m only just balanced due to HRV measuring just 27ms ( normally between 35 -39) overnight.

Body battery is 44/100
Sleep score is also 44/100 Poor
Training is maintaining.

RHR has gone up to 56 😲
Hope I’m not coming down with something as I’ve got a week off after my shift this afternoon/evening.

BB WAS 94

Sleep score 78 off just over 6hrs
RHR - 37
HRV - 70 So balanced

Training is productive

Load optimal

Recovery down to 26hrs

It's easy Friday so less volume and less effort across the board

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
