8 weeks out, this is amazing. It's looking really good for Valencia. FWIW, I remember doing a 16.5 mi LR with 13.1 at MP 8 weeks before my sub 3:30 attempt and I went from 13.1 at goal pace to 26.2 in that time. You were even faster today than what you'd need to do for a sub 4 (9:09). Be proud of yourself, this is a great performance.
