GD Fantastic - a PB by some 92 seconds, so no complaints from me! It was more than a bit windy, but thankfully not wet as in '03. A fast, very flat course. Well organised - though just one minor complaint would be the confusion over exactly where the start/finish line were.

Forest Runner 5 minutes slower than hoped for, but I wimped out with the cold weather and wore a jacket and long leggings. Got too hot after 2 miles, so couldn't run at intended speed.

TW Good run - went well for 10 miles (72.02 at the 10), then fell apart - and finished with 7.40 per mile for 11 and 12, then over 8mins for 13 - still well inside target time of 1.38. - New PB.
