Pitt the Elder My pb in training was 1:16:30 on a course which inclines up for 4 miles (climbs 230 metres approx?) then the same back down. I have yet to complete a 10k in under the hour in a race, so this might look ambitious, but before Christmas I made some real good progress towards that goal. Christmas food has come in between though and put on some weight and less running done. I'll be happy with anything that beats 1:16:30 tbh!
