BrianJ Could have pushed a bit harder, but not too bad a result. Didn't stop Garmin at end so actual time probably less than 58min. Quite a hard course, second half very undulating. Perfect weather, and well organised. Spoke to several fetchies including Gobi and RachE who won the ladies race.

FurryH Not racing proper like, just a bit of fun before Watford and St Albans 10k UPDATE got a sprained ankle so don't know if i'll be doing this Well I chanced it the day with a tubular bandage and didn't get any niggles from the ankle at all. Got round in a respectable time and met some nice people (and fecthies) on the way

Gobi Flitwick 10km 13th place 35.09 5km splits 17.37 - 17.32 Target was 35.00 and a neg split. Hilly course well paced all splits were between 3.22 and 3.38 Feel fine :¬)

hatterfan Bitterly cold, but when the sun came out in was really nice. A good run today, although the last few kms are tough! A season best for me too!! A very well organised race again and a good turnout to cheer us on at the end.

Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs) I was hoping for a sub 45 but undulations and dodgy tummy got the better of me, not disappointed though as I was 2nd FV45 (no F50 category) Over the moon that my Wonderful Husband got a PB today! :) Met LC2 before the race and again after, was pleased for her that she got a superb PB! :) Well done to RachE, 1st Lady!

Rach E Was the last person to enter but finished first! Nice, well organised 10k with some steep climbs. Mile splits say it all: 5:45, 6:03, 6:01, 5:47, 5:58, 6:02, 5:40 pace (last 0.27). Lovely to see Jigs & LL and BrianJ.
