About Me
Enjoy Swimming, biking and running, competed in Sprint Triathlon last year and this year plan to compete in the Half Ironman followed by the standard distance.

In terms of running, believe it or not, have no current plans to run a Marathon, other plans for this year are to get sub 40 for 10K and 1:35 or under for Half Marathon
